Welcome To Laughter Yoga Cairns FNQ

Public classes are held in low cost venues across Cairns FNQ region such as community centres and some outdoor spaces. If you wish to attend a public class please get in touch and I’ll let you know what classes are available closest to you.

Laughter Yoga sessions can be provided at a number of private or corporate events in various settings such as:

- Training seminars

- Workplace wellbeing sessions (one off or regular lunchtime or after work sessions)

- Events (as a full session or to facilitate transitions throughout events)

-Charity events

-Private parties, Hens / Bucks parties

etc

I have completed certifications in Laughter Yoga Facilitation as well as a Diploma in Laughter Therapy and various models of coaching.

If you prefer, I also offer one on one laughter yoga sessions or broader laughter well-being coaching to develop a personal laughter therapy /healing wellbeing plan.
