The integration of alternative, allied and mainstream healing modalities with an evidence base, is my primary focus and life calling which I’m pleased to share with anyone seeking the benefits from integrated healing modalities.

-Frequency Coach (helping clients learn to discern and observe their own reactions to frequencies and discern what’s best for them using a combination of insight meditation, mindfulness, listening, sound and music hearing and channelling skills)

I also have a suite of various personal development coaching skills and certifications beyond my Diploma in Laughter Yoga and Laughter Yoga Facilitator certifications:


The underlying philosophy I base my coaching on is a combination of

-Buddhist mindfulness and insight meditation, (the basis of Dialetical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and most Mindfulness practices which are now very well researched and being taught and integrated across much of the world),

-Avatar (belief management skills) as well as many other personal development modalities

-Law of Attraction/Mirrors along with other Hermetic Principles and wherever possible, universal truths that hold for most religions and cultural backgrounds integrating ancient wisdom and mystery school knowledge with cutting edge emerging science such as Quantum Physics, Biofield Healing, Noetic Sciences and Sound, Music & Frequency healing research, and HeartMaths etc.





All religions, all healing modalities and all areas of knowledge have a divine connecting point that unifies them all just as all people are also connected via a unified field of consciousness.
